Relationships with the learner are key. From organizational structure to how the learner demonstrates mastery, the environment is intentionally designed to adapt to the learner’s needs, strengths, interests, circumstances, and aspirations. The learner pursues and demonstrates learning with relevancy and meaning. The learner’s God-given pursuit of wonder, discovery, and sense-making provide the catalyst for learning.
